Do you make New Years Resolutions?

Do you make New Years Resolutions?

Why do we wait for a new year to make life changing decisions? When did this way of thinking start?  I hear people saying that they will go on a diet, exercise, look for a new job, be more considerate, attend church, make more money, work harder on relationships or find a new one in the new year. I know we have all said or heard similar resolutions because the list is endless. Have you also heard people share their frustrations when they get off track? Do they give up or keep going?

Why don't we look at each day as a new opportunity? Why wait? Today is new and time is precious so lets get started. I really think it is important to make goals, write them down (this is for KW) and look at them daily.

I thought this article was well written and had good tips for trying to improve so check it out.
